About
Meli Varley is a Bristol-born artist based in London, working across sculpture, video, drawing and writing. Her practice builds strange, playful narratives out of everyday experiences, pulling from awkward spatial encounters, accidental choreography and absurd juxtapositions found in daily life. Through shifting materials and mediums, her work treats storytelling as something physical, humorous and slightly off-balance.
